My homecook healthy brunch (western meal)

今天的早午餐， 今天没有煮早餐，早上起身只是喝杯蜜糖柠檬水(每天必喝的排毒养颜水)， 十一点多才开始准备我的早午餐， 

今天吃意大利面， 份量好像太大了， 分了点给我的tedted(toypoddle) 吃， 当然它那份是没有酱的因为狗狗不能吃调味料。

今天一样有水煮花野菜， 水煮蛋。

面条-放进水里滚熟-大概八分钟。

鸡胸肉-100g

鱼柳-3小块(cube size)

菇-少许

红葱-一粒

辣椒-一条

酱-prego白酱-两个spoon,加少许水拿去煮热

之候加红葱，菇，肉，鱼一起滚2分钟。

倒入面搅拌就可以上碟了。

Boiled bihun for 3-5 minutes together with chicken breast 

After that boiled lady finger (vegetables) for 2-3 minutes 

No oil 

Add a little seasoning to the bihun and stir together 

讲米粉放进水里滚3-5分钟， 鸡胸肉也一起滚熟。

之候将羊角豆放进去烫2-3分钟就行了

将米粉捞起来装盘

鸡熊肉和羊角豆也一样沥干装盘。

羊角豆我是整个放进水里燙了才拿出来切。

这样做可以防止里面的胶留失。-据说有美容效果

Chapati wrap (breakfast)

今天早上的早餐是chapati wrap.
Chapati 是whole wheat 的， 比较健康， 而且不需用油煎，只需讲pan弄热， 放进去一面煎一到两分钟就可以了。普通的wok也可以用来煎这个chapati.
内陷:
生菜:洗清洁就可以了。
蛋-一粒-把蛋白和蛋黄或在一起然候煎
肉-ramly burger肉因为没有买到其他肉所以用这个， 放点油， 稍微煎下就可以了。
之候把蛋和肉切成条型。
摊开chapati,把生菜铺满，之候放点sesame酱(日式salad用的)， 接着把肉和蛋放上去包起来就可以上菜啦。
摆盘我用了小番茄和蓝莓-我的最爱又有营养。

玫瑰花茶-美容养颜

今天星期日， 没有自己下厨煮健康餐，只泡了一杯玫瑰花茶养养颜。
这玫瑰花茶是在village grocer买的。
它是一罐式的， 不含防腐剂， 开罐之后一定要放冰箱， 避免坏掉。
现在我都尽可能每天早上起床后一杯蜜糖柠檬水，
下午一杯玫瑰花茶。
这两个都有美容养颜排毒的效果。
继续喝会慢慢看到皮肤上的变化哦。

日式烧卖(寿司)

材料
 主料：糯米，瘦肉，鲜香茹，紫菜，胡萝卜，黄瓜，
 配料：生抽，盐，料酒，鸡精，生姜，葱

制作步骤：
1.糯米浸泡八小时，上锅蒸熟；
2.瘦肉切成粗肉沫，加料酒、盐腌制5分钟，鲜香茹切成细丁，胡萝卜、黄瓜切成细条；
3.坐锅点火倒油，姜葱末炝锅，依次倒入肉沫、香茹煸炒，加生抽、盐、鸡精，最后倒入蒸熟的米饭拌匀，做成馅料备用；
4.取一张紫菜放在竹帘上，铺上一层馅料，中间放上胡萝卜和黄瓜条，卷成卷；
5.切成二公分的段，上锅蒸10分钟就可吃

我的健康餐，
每天早上一定会喝一杯蜜糖柠檬水。
蜜糖柠檬都是事先浸泡然后放在冰箱里的。
今天的健康餐有椰菜花，意大利面条，水煮蛋。
还有蓝莓和小番茄:)
制作方法
野菜花半个-有盐水清洗干净然后放进热水烫一烫（如果想要野菜花色泽比较好看就加点盐巴去煮）
蛋-我是一起放进煮椰菜花的水里煮。
意大利面-这是fettuccine -大概100g左右-煮到面条变软就行了。
酱-我是买现成的kimball酱然后加点水和小辣椒（因为喜欢吃辣）再加点红葱提味，大概放去滚两三分钟就可以了。

Top Recommended hair care product for hair thinning, hair loss.

I myself had experienced serious hair loss problem since three years back.
I had felt really frustrated and worried with my worsening condition.
Had try many products and i even went to hair care centre and signed package with them but still can't see good results UNTIL i found MIDORI JAPAN's  product last year.

I am currently using MIDORI hair scalp peeling (around RM6x-4 small bottles per box) and MIDORI secret energy essence (around RM7x- 4 small bottles per box).

The essence is to promote hair growth, it's usage is the same as hair tonic while the scalp peeling is to get rid of stubborn dandruff left on your scalp.

Furthermore, i just received a bottle of castor oil today which i bought from lazada. It's recommend by some of my friend and from online which can be used to clean our hair scalp and promotes hair growth.

I had also goggled online and there were many good reviews regarding this castor oil. SO i am going to give it a try (why not?) and will update the result after two week.

Hopefully it works too as an addition (enhancement) product to what i am using currently (MIDORI).
